There is no offseason. Some think there is a season for athletes to take breaks, but the real athletes learn to take it upon themselves to get better for the upcoming season with one goal in mind: beat the athletes that took breaks. Make running in snow worth something in the spring. Remember all those land workouts or erg pieces to help improve on goals. There is no offseason. just a part of the year to see who wants to win and go the extra mile and who doesn’t.
